中新友好图书馆志愿者管理方案
为提高图书馆服务效能,不断改善读者服务工作,拉近图书馆与读者之间的关系,凡志愿协助中新友好图书馆开展诸如帮助读者了解图书馆、利用图书馆,开展业务咨询、宣传、设备使用、整理图书等工作的志愿者,需要遵守如下规则:
一、志愿者要求:
1、年龄在7-65周岁,在校学生可通过学校或班级集体申请成为团体志愿者;
2、身心健康,真诚善良,品行端正,无不良嗜好,无违法乱纪行为;
3、态度积极端正,耐心且细心,有责任感和团队意识,并自愿服从馆内工作人员安排;
4、热爱书籍、热心公益。
二、志愿活动内容:
1、协助管理员进行图书、报刊分类、上架、排架工作;
2、协助管理员维护馆内秩序、安全、卫生,及时劝阻不文明行为;
3、协助管理员提供一般性咨询服务;
4、为读者提供自助设备使用指导(如手机、机器人、自助办证机、自助借还机等);
5、收集读者意见、建议及投诉信息;
6、其他一般性服务工作。
三、志愿者服务要求:
1、 衣着得体,举止文明,使用礼貌用语;
2、 冷静沉着,具备一定消防安全常识、自救及救援常识;
3、 自觉维护图书馆和志愿者的形象,不得以志愿者身份从事任何以赢利为目的或违法乱纪、违背社会公德的活动;
4、 遵守图书馆规章制度,服从工作安排;
5、 志愿服务期间请勿迟到、早退、无故离岗;
6、 志愿服务期间请勿与读者发生口角或肢体冲突。
四、志愿服务奖惩机制:
1、志愿服务每月满30小时及以上:志愿者可优先参与报名我馆次月培训、讲座、线上线下课程活动。(志愿者报名想参加的活动时,请根据自身年龄进行选择,否则报名名额将自动作废)
2、服务时长一年累计200小时以上,奖励图书5册;服务时长一年累计100-199小时之间,奖励图书3册;服务时长一年累计99小时以下,奖励图书1册;
3、寒暑假期间,对于参加志愿服务达到一定时长的在校学生,我馆可根据其所在学校的“社会实践活动记录表”要求,在活动组织评价意见处盖章。
如有志愿者在志愿服务过程中违反我馆规章制度,或多次迟到早退劝说无效、无故离岗者,将取消该志愿者本年度志愿者服务资格。
China-Singapore Friendship Library Volunteer Management Programme:
In order to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of library services, and draw closer to the relationship between libraries and readers, volunteers who wish to assist China-Singapore Friendship Library in such work as helping readers to understand and utilize the library, carrying out business consultation, publicity, equipment use and book arrangement shall abide by the following rules:
Ⅰ. Volunteer requirements:
1. Age between 18 and 55 years old (12 to 18 years old can participate in volunteer service through school or class).
2. Sincere, responsible and helpful, organized and voluntarily provide services and help to the society and others.
3. Consciously maintain the image of the library and volunteers, and do not engage in any activities that are profit-oriented or illegal, or contrary to social morality.
4. The quality of thought is excellent, without bad habits and illegal behavior.
5. Have the basic qualities that are compatible with the volunteer service projects and activities that they participate in, and have the time and energy to engage in volunteer service work.
Ⅱ. Service contents:
1. Assist the library in maintaining order and conducting civilized persuasion;
2. Assist in answering readers' general consultations and collecting information such as readers' opinions, suggestions and complaints;
3. Assist in introducing readers to use electronic devices (such as mobile phones, robots, self-service certificates, self-service lending machines, etc.) to apply for certificates and borrow books;
4. Assist in the daily management of open areas, such as book classification, racking, scanning code, table and chair placement;
5. Assist the library to carry out reader activities, such as event sign-in, personnel guidance, on-site service, etc.
6. Other assistance matters.
Ⅲ. The rights and obligations of volunteers:
1. Can choose service time and service content freely;
2. Can participate in the training organized by our library;
3. It is necessary to abide by the relevant regulations of the China-Singapore Friendship Library and be familiar with relevant business practices.
Ⅳ. The reward system:
1. The service time accumulatively exceeds 200 hours a year, 5 books will be awarded. The service time accumulatively ranges from 100 to 199 hours a year, 3 books will be awarded. If the service time is less than 99 hours a year, 1 book will be awarded;
2. Hold a commendation meeting at the end of every year and issue a certificate of commendation to outstanding volunteers.

The measure have been officially implemented since May 1, 2019.
